It looks interesting and I am downloading it now but haven’t had a chance to play with it.

If you are following this comment maybe you could tell us some more about it.

For example I am deep into SEO and I want to be able to maximized the on page SEO setup, which I can do in WordPress with plugins. Does Concrete 5 allow for this?

Also how hard is it to create your own theme or edit the existing themes?

These are a couple of questions that most people will ask.

You should also check out concrete5.org It's totally free. It lets a site builder make any type of site they can dream up. It lets a site owner easily make changes with a tool bar on every page.. pretty slick, just was released last summer.
